Cuore di Bue

Italian for ox heart, the Cuore di Bue is an Open Pollinated Heirloom Ox Heart Pink beefsteak tomato.  1 – 1.5 lb heart shaped fruit with meaty, deep pink/red flesh, few seeds.  Sweet with great flavor.  Vigorous and productive indeterminate.  Good for sauce and eating.
