Part of Peru’s culinary “holy trinity” (Aji Amarillo, garlic, red onion), this yellow chili pepper (orange as it matures) is a nice balance of heat and fruity flavor. Peppers grow to 5 inches and measure 30K – 50K Scollville Heat Units.
